We're dishing fries for dinner this Wednesday at NaturalMind in Silverlake. The new "green" hair salon/gallery space has a gorgeous living wall you must check out. It serves as a beautiful backdrop to our eco-friendly fry truck.
Come by for some beauty followed up by some fries, such as our veg chili fries made with organic tomatoes or sweet po, topped with free-range chicken.
The Food Network will also be there early to talk to Erik about frysmithing, so if you want to be seen scarfing down fries on cable TV, come on by! NaturalMind is located at 3607 W. Sunset in Silverlake.
