It's St. Patty's Day! We'll won't be serving green beer, but we will throw a corned beef & cabbage special on the menu. Traditionally, Irish folks feasted on pork belly and cabbage, but when they came to America they found out about corned beef. Obviously, it was a hit! Since we serve pork belly all the time in our kimchi fries, we decided to go the Irish-American route with corned beef and cabbage braised with chipotle and mustard.
