We've got a special this week in honor of Cinco de Mayo. It's a take on chile en nogada, but, as you might have guessed, with fries. The fries en nogada feature spiced ground beef with apples and raisins covered with cheese and roasted poblanos. The topping is a walnut sauce and pomegranate arils.The pic I took from my phone isn't that great, but you get the red, white and green idea!
