Wanted to quickly mention a couple of the sodas new to our rotation. China Cola is probably my favorite cola. It's made in America, which I think makes it the exact opposite of American flag t-shirts made in China. Anyway, it doesn't have the strongest cola flavor, but it has lots of woody, citrusy and herbal flavors that are vaguely Chinese.
Regatta ginger beer tastes more like dried ginger than fresh, so it's a change of pace for us. It's well-balanced, not too sweet and works excellently with rajas fries.
