The PoTaco consists of fries that are mixed about with melted cheese. They're covered with poblano sauce, then shredded cabbage, then roasted red pepper & grapefruit juice salsa, then cilantro and lime. You can even add a sprinkle of chicharrones for just 50 cents. We'll have 'em for a limited time. And no, we don't have a quesadilla. For now.

The PoTaco
Many a drunk person has come to the truck late at night and, even after looking at the menu for five minutes, demanded a taco. Upon explaining that we're a fry truck to one guy, he yelled, "Fine, then I'll take a quesadilla!" Well, guess what, our inebriated friends? We have a taco now!
