This weekend we have a slate of events starting with Mobile Mash-Up 3 at the Verdugo Bar. From 1p-7p we'll be hanging out with our some of our favorite truckers: Mong & Tyson with Mandoline Grill, the dudes of Grill Em All, Eric of Lomo Arigato, the Slice Truck brothers and Rick with Tropical Shaved Iced. For the mash-up portion of the afternoon, we'll all have specials featuring Pura Casta Tequila (which will also be sold at the bar). It's 21 and over only and a great crowd, so stop by. We are so looking forward to it!
Right after, we're heading over to Eagle Rock Brewery to serve up fries alongside that perfect accompaniment, Beer! You can check out ERB's selection here... and find recommended pairings at the truck.
Lastly, we're celebrating 4th of July in my hometown of Lake View Terrace (the northeastern corner of the Valley). Stop by Hansen Dam for fun, food trucks and fireworks! We'll be there from 3-10p!
