Weekly Special

We try to do a new fry special every week on the Frysmith truck. This week's special is shrimp with our version of rundown sauce (which has cocounut milk, habanero chiles, tomatoes, thyme and other goodies). The saucy special's got Jack cheese and cilantro for garnish. And while it doesn't have a snappy name (the "clever" names are all courtesy Frysmith cook Andrew) like the Oh Deer venison sausage special from last week, it is definitely tasty.
