For National Pig Day (our favorite new holiday) we're teaming up with Cast Iron Gourmet (maker of artisanal bacon and other pig products) and Black Boar (the bar with a pig motif) for Happy Hour Specials!We're breaking out a special Pig Day menu, including Rashida from Cast Iron Gourmet's McPig, like a hell of a smoked pork belly sandwich. We're making pork, chorizo and jalapeno chili as well as double bacon poutine as our specials for the week! And, wait for it, you can get any of our fries on chicharrones.
