Our new special is, as you may have gathered from the post title, duck chili. It's got ground duck (done special for us by the folks at Rocker Bros.) cooked with beer, hoisin sauce, long pepper, a touch of coffee and a bunch of ingredients that are more traditionally chili-y.We're topping it with cheddar, Jack & pecorino along with scallions and red onions.
