We're switching to plates! Our new flat is a 6 by 9 inch oval platter. It's made of eco-friendly bagasse. It fits in your hand for street eating (unless you have particularly small hands or are a baby). It does cost twice as much as our old boats, but, hey, it's not like I own a business to try to make money or anything.The main reason for the switch is that we can spread out our hearty toppings more evenly, and hopefully, create an even tastier Frysmith meal.
