Food truck block party at Komodo's new restaurant tonight featuring Buttermilk Truck, Mandoline Grill, King Kone, Me So Hungry and VChos. And us.

Inland Empire, Art Beat and San Diego Weekend!

This weekend, find Frysmith at the Inland Empire Food Fest on Saturday. We'll be hanging out with a bunch of great trucks at the Citizens Bank Arena from 11-6p.

Afterwards, find us parked outside SAC Studios, for a special event benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles. We'll be slinging fries from 8:30-10:30p.

Lastly, we're hauling over to San Diego for the San Diego Food Truck Festival, from noon-7p!

Maker's Mark and Us

We have a new special starting tonight featuring Maker's Mark Bourbon. It's got chunks of choice Angus beef cooked into an old-school chili with a bunch of spices, ginger, grapefruit juice and a healthy dose of Maker's Mark. We cover our hand-cut fries with this goodness, then we top it off with sour cream and a traditional bourbon accompaniment, pecans. Pics to come.

Food Truck Chow Down

The Food Truck Chow Down is going on this Saturday at LA State Historic Park. 50 trucks and entertainment for the family with proceeds going to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
We have tickets for sale on our truck at the discounted rate of $8 (they're $10 elsewhere). Pick some up with your fries!

Duck Chili

Our new special is, as you may have gathered from the post title, duck chili. It's got ground duck (done special for us by the folks at Rocker Bros.) cooked with beer, hoisin sauce, long pepper, a touch of coffee and a bunch of ingredients that are more traditionally chili-y.
We're topping it with cheddar, Jack & pecorino along with scallions and red onions.

Norwalk Moose

The Norwalk Moose Lodge Food Truck Xing is now going to be every Tuesday! There will be new trucks every week. It's from 6-9pm on the edge of South Whittier and Norwalk, 13305 Imperial Highway.
We're going starting next week. This week features Vesuvio, White Rabbit, Feast Truck and more to be announced!
