Our latest special: "mac and cheese" fries. The quotes are to let you, faithful fry fan, know that there is no actual macaroni on the fries. That would just be overkill, and we're all about moderation. Instead of pasta, we're topping our usual handcut Kennebec potato fries with a double cheddar bechamel sauce and buttered, cheesy breadcrumbs. The dish is finished with bacon, but not just any bacon. It's candied bacon with brown sugar, tamarind and aleppo pepper.
