Just wanted to put a couple of pics up of new specials we did for the LA Street Food Fest this last Saturday.
We made chicken pot pie poutine with Jidori chicken (we bought whole chickens and made broth for the gravy), carrots, peas and haricot verts. We're running this comforting poutine as a special this week!
We also made a Lamb Chili with Ras al Hanout (Moroccan-inspired blend of spices that includes cumin, coriander, cinnamon, clove and turmeric) topped with red onions and preserved lemons. The lamb chili will be back as a special some time later this year.
