- 4 apples
- 3 tbsp. of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. of raisins
- 1 tbsp. of chopped and toasted pecans
- 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
- 4 tsp. of butter
- 2/3 cup of water
Cut the top of the apples to “uncover them” and remove a chunk, putting it aside.
Place the apples in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the raisins, pecans, cinnamon and the chunk we put aside before (previously chopped or shredded).
Fill the apples with this mixture and put a teaspoon of butter on top of each.
Add water to the bowl and put it in a 100°c preheated oven for 1 hour or until the apples are soft.
