- 6 sheets of brick pastry
- 200g of feta cheese
- 1 egg
- A few mint leaves
- A little bit of butter
- Olive oil for frying
Shred the feta cheese and put it on a bowl with the egg and the chopped mint leaves.
Melt a piece of butter in the microwave.
Take a brick pastry sheet from the container leaving the rest well covered. Cut the sheet in half and cut each half making a little curve so it is in a rectangular shape.
Put a tablespoon of the filling giving it an elongated shape, and fold the longer sides so that the filling is enclosed between them. Fold in half and roll it.
Repeat this operation with the rest of the brick pastry sheets.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls.
