- 3 pieces of baguette bread
- 60 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato
- Dried oregano
- 6 leaves of fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Chop the tomato into small squares.
Toast the bread or, if you want melted cheese on it, place 20 grams of mozzarella cheese on top of each piece of bread and place it in the oven until it is toasted.
Season the tomatoes with olive oil and salt.
When it is ready, place the seasoned tomato over the bread and decorate it with the basil and the oregano leaves. Serve immediately.
