- 400 ml of double cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 sachets of curd
- 250 grams of fresh cheese (philadelphia)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Strawberry jam (or any other jam you like)
Mix the fresh cheese and the sugar in a saucepan. Heat it up and using a stirring rod mix the ingredients making sure that you dissolve all the lumps. You can use a blender if you want to.
Heat the milk in the microwave, add the curd sachets and dissolve them completely. Add everything to the saucepan and mix it well.
Fill the baking molds with the mixture and put them in the fridge for 3 hours approximately. When plating your flan, make a bed with the strawberry jam and unmold the flan on top of it. We can give it a crisp touch by crushing some cookies on top.
