- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2-3 apples depending on your personal taste
- 2 chicken legs
The first thing we have to do is to cook the thighs. A good idea is to make a good chicken broth with them and once is done, remove the chicken meat and set it aside to let it cool. Once is cooled, we shred it into small pieces.
Peel the apples, remove the center and cut the apples into very tiny pieces.
Chop the lettuce into very small pieces, this will allow to mix everything perfectly.
Mix the shredded chicken, the apples and lettuce with mayonnaise to taste. Season the salad and it is ready to serve.
Let it cool in the fridge and eat with a tasty loaf of bread.
