- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then place the tilapia fillets, add lemon juice and cover it.
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until it is ready and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Serve it warm with asparagus and other vegetables of your choice.
