- 450g of mango pulp
- Sweetener to taste
- 1/2 orange zest
- 7g of unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 100g of low-fat natural yogurt
- 2 egg whites
Process the mango pulp, mix it with the sweetener and orange zest.
Hydrate the gelatin with orange juice. Take it to the heat until it boils. Add the mango mixture.
Add the yogurt and mix it well using a rubber spatula.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and incorporate it to the mixture.
Pour it into a flan-type baking dish. Let it cool in the refrigerator and serve.
