- 1 large potato per person
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons of a mixture of herbs de Provence (oregano, basil, thyme…)
- Ground pepper
- Olive oil
First of all, peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them in the shape you want (wedges, squares…)
Put them in a bowl and add the mixture of herbs, spices, salt and a drizzle of olive oil making sure the potatoes are well impregnated with the mixture. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
When the time has passed, fry them in hot oil and place them over an absorbent so it will absorb as much oil as possible. You are going to love them for sure!
