- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Green beans
- 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring constantly. Add the garlic during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
Remove the pan from the heat. Add soy sauce and peanut butter and stir.
