- 1 spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 medium onions, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 cups vegetable of broth or plain water (750cc.)
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the spinach, onions, broth and skim milk with a blender. Pour this preparation into a pot, take it to a boil and then let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Dissolve the pepper and corn starch in a little amount of cold water.
Add this mix to the soup stirring well until thickened.
Season to taste and serve.
